When it comes to franchisee selection, we are looking for Business Professionals who have both the skill and will to build something for themselves. Financial Requirements

  • Total Investment Range:  $134,750 to $169,500

The Road to Ownership:

Based on your situation, the due diligence process can happen as quickly or slowly as you need (typically 3 to 6 weeks). Our team of experts will be there to guide you each step of the way

Step 1: Inquiry

  • Request for information is made
  • Start communication with our recruiting team – schedule an initial call
  • Qualification determined during the initial call – receive franchise info packet

Step 2: Initial Research

  • Attend Calls and Webinars (about 4-5 calls, 30-60 minutes each)
  • Take personality assessment (Caliper Personality Profiler)
  • Review personality assessment results

Step 3: FDD Review (Franchise Disclosure Document)

  • Receive FDD
  • Send FDD receipt & Application (credit check, etc.)
  • Complete FDD review call (about 1 hour)

Step 4: Due Diligence

  • Speak with existing franchisees for validation

Step 5: Discovery Day

  • Formal invitation to attend Discovery Day
  • Attend Discovery Day at corporate office near Philadelphia, PA and conduct interview with the CertaPro Executive Team Member(s)

Step 6: Award Franchise

  • Set up business following the CertaPro Startup Checklist (2-5 weeks)
  • Obtain License (varies by state)
