Vice President of Franchise Development:
Jeff Bien

Jeff has over 15 years of experience in the franchise industry and has worked in both Operations and Development roles. He started with AAMCO Transmissions, Inc., where he held the role of Regional Operations Manager for both the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regions of the U.S. In 2006 he joined CertaPro® as a General Manager in Development, a role in which he worked with new franchisees transitioning into business ownership from corporate roles. For the past 7 years, Jeff worked with prospective business owners in his role as Senior GM of Recruitment – working with franchisee candidates that are either looking at starting in a new market or purchasing an existing business. As of 2017, Jeff is the current VP of Franchise Development. Jeff is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned is B.S in Management. He and his wife Emily live in Austin, TX with their four children.

General Manager of Recruiting:
Anna Davis

Anna has over 7 years of experience in franchising, both as a franchise owner, and as part of the corporate staff. She began her career in franchising in 2009 with College Pro Painters, where she operated a successful franchise in Wisconsin before eventually joining the College Pro corporate team in the role of Recruiting Manager. She has extensive experience in recruiting, training, developing new franchisees, and she is passionate about connecting people to entrepreneurial opportunities, as she has been an entrepreneur for over 10 years. Anna recently joined the CertaPro® team in the role of General Manager of Recruiting at the end of 2016. Anna currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband Takuya, and their son, Mason.

General Manager of Recruiting:
Bruce Sadowsky

Bruce has more than 10 years of experience in the franchise industry, having experience as both a franchisee and an employee of the franchisor.   He started with CertaPro Painters® franchise owner in  in 2007, and then joined the CertaPro® corporate staff in 2009, where he served as General Manager in Franchisee Development. As a GM, Bruce mentored new franchisees through the beginning phases of their businesses as they transitioned into business ownership—mainly from corporate roles.  Since 2015, Bruce has worked with prospective business owners in his role as General Manager of Franchise Recruitment – working with franchisee candidates that are looking at either starting a new market or purchasing an existing business.  Bruce is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  He and his wife, Ann, live in Sudbury, Massachusetts, with their three children.

General Manager of Recruiting:
Gregg Kaleck

Gregg Kaleck has over 25 years experience in business, first as a small business owner and later as a sales and marketing professional in corporate America.  Gregg began his career as the co-owner of the Philadelphia Water Ice and Ice Cream Factory, which quickly became a summer treat destination and achieved yearly “Best of Philly” awards. In 2001, Gregg joined the Sales and Marketing Team of CBS Philadelphia, marketing clients on TV, Outdoor and Internet, both regionally and nationally.  Over the next 17 years while at CBS and Comcast Spotlight, Gregg partnered with many local franchises including BMW of North America and  Kubota Tractor, among others, to achieve their marketing goals. While at Comcast Spotlight, Gregg developed a relationship with CertaPro Painters®, which spurred  his move to their Franchise Development Team in 2017. Gregg is a graduate of Temple University and lives outside of Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two daughters.

General Manager of Recruiting:
Kris Gabriele

Kris has more than 11 years of experience in franchising both as a Franchise owner, and as a part of the corporate staff. Kris’ experience began in 2005 with a franchise in Windsor, Ontario with College ProPainters before joined the corporate team as a General Manager in 2008. From 2013 until 2016, Kris has worked with Franchise Owners at CertaPro® to help increase productivity and retention of their key sales staff through Sales training, coaching, and improving brand experience for our customers. In early 2016, Kris joined the CertaPro® Development Team where he continues helping prospective owners through the due diligence process. Kris attended the University of Windsor where he played varsity hockey, and currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife Cheryl, and his two children.

General Manager of Recruiting:
Stephen Kuhn

Steve was with the Service Master family of brands, specifically TruGreen, in a sales/development role for 5 years before joining the CertaPro® Franchise Development Team.  Steve has worked on the Franchise Development team in several capacities which include Recruiter, Marketing Manager, and in the beginning of 2017, started the transition to GM of Recruiting.  In his current role, Steve helps prospective franchise owners through the due diligence process as well as the transition into and out of business ownership with CertaPro®. Outside of work, Steve enjoys cycling around Philadelphia, PA where he currently resides.

Senior Recruiter:
Richard Feimster

Richard was in the insurance world for 30 years and has experience with business ownership as he owned a claims adjustment firm.  He has been supporting prospective CertaPro® franchise owners find their way into the business since his move to CertaPro® in 2012. He is also a proud graduate of Penn State University and currently resides just outside of Philadelphia, PA.

Sam Bart

Sam has 2 years of experience in the franchise industry, having experience as both the employee of a brick and mortar franchise, as well as a corporate employee of CertaPro®. He started with CertaPro® in 2016 where he currently serves as a Recruiter. In his role, he introduces prospective business owners to an opportunity with CertaPro Painters®. Sam currently lives in Oaks, PA. On the side, he enjoys teaching people how to play guitar via the internet.

Matt Pinkerton

Before joining the CertaPro® Franchise Development Team, Matt was in the automotive industry, working as a customer service advisor with Pep Boys, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.  Matt also spent time in the franchise industry with AT&T. Matt joined CertaPro® at the beginning of 2017 as a Franchise Recruiter.  In Matt’s current role, he reaches out to potential businesses owners in new and existing markets and introduces them to the CertaPro® business model. Matt currently lives outside of Philadelphia, PA where he enjoys hiking with his two dogs, fishing, and basketball.
